Chyameya Ras̺u̽ Rûyu̽ (/ˈras̺u̽/ /ˈrʊju̽/ [white; blank; vacant] [rod; shaft; bar; pole; axle]) is a temperate Large City located in Makuheru Kingdom, Mijgake Empire, within the Warren.

The name Chyameya Ras̺u̽ Rûyu̽ is derived from the Sylvin language, as Chyameya Ras̺u̽ Rûyu̽ was founded by Pana, who was culturaly Rattu.

Climate

Chyameya Ras̺u̽ Rûyu̽ was founded durring the early 14th century in fall of the year 1331, by Pana. The establishment of Chyameya Ras̺u̽ Rûyu̽ suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Chyameya Ras̺u̽ Rûyu̽ which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Chyameya Ras̺u̽ Rûyu̽ has a library, which keeps a large collection of books, scrolls, and archives all manner of physical items. While not open to the public, the librarians and scholars employed by the library will assist anyone with their research needs, and wealthy individuals can purchase membership to access the library's materials themselves. In spite of being generally closed to the public, the library has a room with several Aether Linked devices available to the public during business hours.

Cultural Notes

Chyameya Ras̺u̽ Rûyu̽'s mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.
